Turkey Soup
Ingredients

- Turkey bones
- Celery
- Onions
- Carrots
- 1/2 tsp Salt and Peppercorns
- thyme
- bay leaf
- 1 pinch marjoram
- rosemary
Instructions
- Put all bones in pot. Cover with water.
- Add 1 stalk celery, 1 onion & 1 carrot, chopped. Add salt & peppercorns, thyme, bay leaf, marjoram, & rosemary.
- Cover, simmer 1 1/2-2 hours
- Remove bones.
- Strain all but broth. Scrape bones to keep meat.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Take fat off the top.
- Add back in fresh carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, peas, beans, rice, noodles, wild rice, etc.
- Simmer until veggies are tender.
